122 Fifth Avenue is an 11-story landmarked office and retail building in Manhattan's Ladies Mile Historic District. A $100+ million gut renovation and expansion restored the historic façade and added a rooftop pavilion and terraces, bringing the building to roughly 300,000 square feet of office and retail space, anchored by a major technology company tenant.
