The Hudson Square Portfolio is a 12-building, 6-million-square-foot commercial real estate portfolio in Manhattan, developed as a joint venture with Hines. The portfolio spans office and mixed-use buildings across the Hudson Square neighborhood.

KJL served as owner's representative for the portfolio, overseeing capital planning, base building improvements, and tenant fit-out coordination across the full asset base.
