1330 1st Avenue (Coleman Tower)

1330 First Avenue, the Lucille and Milton Coleman Tower, is a 346-unit, 20-story apartment building on the Upper East Side, occupying the full avenue between 71st and 72nd Street. Built in 2009 and designed by architect Costas Kondylis, the building provides housing for doctors and staff at New York-Presbyterian Hospital.

KJL's role included overall project management of trades through all phases of the project — design, construction, quality control, punchlist, close-out, and turnover.
