176 Washington Park
176 Washington Park is the restoration of an 1860s Italianate rowhouse in the Fort Greene Historic District, Brooklyn, into five condominium residences, with a new rear carriage house designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Thom Mayne of Morphosis Architects. The project is developed by Shape Capital.
KJL serves as owner's representative for the full project lifecycle, covering pre-construction planning, budget oversight, general contractor coordination, and construction management from Landmarks approval through completion.
