561 Greenwich Street are ground-up office and retail additions to the Hudson Square Properties campus, developed by Hines. 561 Greenwich Street rises 19 stories with 270,000 SF and connects to the adjacent 345 Hudson Street. The combined development represents approximately $222 million in construction costs and included brownfield site remediation.

KJL served as owner's representative on the project, overseeing capital planning, base building coordination, and tenant fit-out support.
